🛒 Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 ml) full-fat coconut milk, chilled
- ¼ cup (60 ml) fresh lime juice, about 2–3 limes
- 3–4 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk, adjust to taste
- 2 cups ice

Instructions
1. Prepare the Limes
Juice 2–3 fresh limes until you have approximately ¼ cup of juice.
For extra lime flavor, finely grate a little zest from one lime.
2. Add Everything to the Blender
Place the following into a high-powered blender:
- Coconut milk
- Fresh lime juice
- Sweetened condensed milk
- Ice
- Vanilla, if using
- Pinch of salt
3. Blend Until Smooth
Blend on high for approximately 30–60 seconds, or until the mixture becomes thick, icy, and completely smooth.
If the slush is too thick to blend, add 1–2 tablespoons coconut milk at a time.

⭐ Chef’s Tips
Use Full-Fat Coconut Milk
It creates a much creamier, almost smoothie-like texture. Shake the can well before measuring.
Fresh Lime Makes a Difference
Freshly squeezed lime juice has a brighter flavor than bottled juice.
Chill the Coconut Milk
Cold coconut milk helps keep the slush thick and frosty.
Blend Just Before Serving
Slushes naturally melt, so they’re best enjoyed immediately after blending.
Don’t Add Too Much Liquid
Start with the listed amount. You can always add more coconut milk, but it’s harder to rescue a slush that’s become too thin.
🥥 Delicious Variations
Pineapple Coconut Lime Slush
Add ½ cup frozen pineapple for a tropical twist.
Mango Coconut Lime Slush
Blend in ½ cup frozen mango.
Strawberry Coconut Lime Slush
Add ½ cup frozen strawberries.
Extra-Creamy Version
Add 2 tablespoons coconut cream along with the coconut milk.
Coconut Mojito-Style
Blend in a few fresh mint leaves for a bright, cooling flavor.
🍹 Make It Ahead
For the best texture, make this slush immediately before serving.
If you need to prepare it ahead, blend the coconut-lime mixture without the ice and refrigerate it.
When ready to serve, blend with fresh ice until slushy.
